Sopraffina Marketcaffè (pronounced soap-ra-fee-na it means 'first class' in Italian) can best be described as an Italian caffè that specializes in preparing high quality Italian foods slowly, from scratch, and then serving them very quickly. So far we have five successful Sopraffinas in downtown Chicago.

We believe there are a lot of people who believe in the same things we do...that there are enough fast food restaurants in the world already...that you should not have to sacrifice quality in order to get food quickly...that beautiful does not have to mean expensive...that family, fresh flowers and fine art are important things to have around. Our mission is to create a special restaurant that will be able to graciously serve you a gourmet pizza, pasta, sandwich or salad faster than you can buy a burger at a fast food place.
